-Vision for the future of the unit
NPCC can go further if only CIs and NCOs of a squad could gather and discuss the progress of the cadets as it will help to improvise on their drills. Even though it's a job of an NCO, but it would be fair to discuss it with the CIs so that they could further analysis the attendance of the cadets too which will help as some cadets tend to ' disappear' over a duration of time. We could also enforce stricter discipline upon our cadets and when doing the passing down of their position.
-Reflection on NPCC event (trainings/camps/courses/etc)
I feel that LMSC course would be better if we were to cut short the duration as we tend to get restless aftr few hours and the games and events held were rather boring and the amount of activity could be increase. Wearing full uniform is a good idea as it allows the cadets to know what eh/she adorns and respect him/herself, the uniform they are wearing and the purpose of the course held, but it could be more convenient if the course allows us to dress in PT kit as it would shorten the time spent on changing when we need to eat or when it's time to go home.

I feel that most cadets joined NPCC as they love it, as NCOs, we should try to prolong this passion within them and at the same time use this opportunity to upgrade them and learn how to lead - for NCO. To me, NPCC is a passion, a torch that I will pass down to my cadets. Let's pass this passion on !
