-Vision for the future of the unit
I feel that if all the cadets and NCOs come together and work with the CIs, NPCC could go very far as we have the opportunity to enhance teamwork in the unit.
-Reflection of NPCC events ( trainings/camps/courses/etc)
I find all the trainings quite orderly and our NCOs train us with a routine of commanders and also the types of drills taught at a certain time.
